Quotes and proposals

Online rate requests and 24-hour proposal letters are invitations to contract, not binding service until a signed agreement or task order is in place.

Limitation

The site is provided as-is. BenTransport is not liable for decisions made solely on website copy. Governing law is the State of Tennessee except where a government contract specifies otherwise.
